NOVELTY VISIT.

The good news is that this ‘urban laboratory’ is just 2.5 miles from Interstate 17 at exit 262, 65 miles north of Phoenix. The bad news is that these 2.5 miles must be traversed at 15 m.p.h. down a rough, wash-boarded gravel road. But it is still worth this bone-rattling jaunt is you are interested in exploring futuristic alternatives to current town building practices.
