This small town is inconveniently located in the United States, planet Earth, Milky Way galaxy. The primary color in town is rust brown. The safest place to park is directly in front of the police station. With so many abandoned and boarded-shut buildings, this place resembles a gulf coast town bracing for a hurricane. It is one thing for this small town to lead a quiet existence of slow decay. But when it promotes the downtown area as 'historic', this crosses the line into deceptive advertising.
