Boulder Creek, California

This small town is surrounded by redwood forests and popular with hardy bicyclists.  Boulder Creek is located on state Route 9 about 25 miles southwest of San Jose.  Boulder Creek is a gateway to Big Basin Redwoods State Park, which is California's oldest state park, founded in 1902.
