The Lion In Zion. In Lions Park, your children must put their head in a lion’s mouth to get a drink of water. Have a bite and a drink at the same time – what a way to be lionized. Zionsville in on the northwestern fringe of Indianapolis. It is one of the few towns in the United States that has preserved it entire brick main street. Along this rustic thoroughfare can be found over 50 retail shops and cafes, including a 1950's vintage Soda Shop. Zionsville also is the home of the Midwest's largest Toy Museum. This museum also contains the 1950’s vintage Old Tyme Soda Shop. BusinessWeek magazine rated Zionsville as Indiana's 'Best Affordable Suburb' in 2009. |
