The biggest appeal of this small town is the shops on Main Street, including the charming mill at the end of Conines Millpond. There are currently 220 buildings and homes in the designated Historic District that date prior to 1860 and some dating back to the 18th century. The 80-acre, 276-stall Horse Park of New Jersey equestrian facility is located in Allentown.
