Hillsboro, New Mexico

This tiny town is located on NM 152 16 miles west of I-25. Founded in 1877 by prospectors who discovered gold deposits, Hillsboro is currently a community of artists, writers and ranchers. While small, this town has all the amenities needed for a day of touring or weekend getaway. Shops, galleries, a 120-year-old General Store and cafes line the Main Street.
