DISQUALIFIED. Cashiers lacks a defined town center and is pedestrian-hostile. I can’t recall visiting a small town void of any sidewalks. Perhaps Cashiers is a first in this regard. I chose not to take any photos while visiting Cashiers, as I am allergic to vehicular homicide.
