Hill City, South Dakota

Hill City is located in the Black Hills National Forest, a 1.25 million acre preserve covering southwestern South Dakota and northeastern Wyoming. ALL ABOARD!!! the '1880 Train' steam locomotives and vintage train cars for a two-hour excursion between Hill City and Keystone. Hill City is near Mount Rushmore, the Crazy Horse Monument, Custer State Park and the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Hill City has become the arts community of the Black Hills, and is the home to the Warrior's Work Gallery. High Plains Art magazine is also published in Hill City.
